What You Can Expect in the Coming Weeks
As part of bringing our systems together, your accounts will transition to Radiant Credit Union by June 1, 2026.

Key Dates at a Glance
- Continue using First Coast services as usual
- Confirm your contact information is up to date
- Begin preparing for upcoming changes (see checklist below)

Scheduled FCCCU payments and transfers through the following systems will not process during this transition period:
- Mobile and Online Banking
- FirstPAY Bill Pay
- Online Loan Payment Portal
- Call or visit your nearby FCCCU branch for assistance or to make these payments.
- FCCCU Digital Services will not be available after 5:00pm on May 29, 2026.
- Activate and begin using your new Radiant debit card
- Enroll in Radiant eBanking and mobile app
- Schedule and make payments, transfers, and bill pay in Radiant eBanking and mobile app
What You Should Do Now
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend taking a few simple steps:
Confirm Your Contact Information
Make sure your mailing address, email, and phone number are current.
Review and Save Your Bill Pay Information
Download or write down your payee details before May 22 using our Payee Tracking Form.
Plan Ahead for Payments
Schedule or complete any important payments before May 22, or plan to use branch support during the transition period.
Watch for Your New Debit Card
Your Radiant debit card will arrive in late May – keep it safe and ready to activate on June 1.
What's Changing
Debit & ATM Cards
- New Radiant debit cards will arrive in late May
- Do not activate until June 1, 2026
- First Coast cards will stop working on June 1
Online & Mobile Banking
- First Coast online banking and mobile app access ends after May 29
- Radiant eBanking will be available starting June 1

- First Coast Bill Pay (FirstPAY) payees will not transfer
- You will need to re-enter payees in Radiant eBanking after June 1

Loan Payments
- Online loan payments will not be processed after May 22
- Radiant QuickPay will be available for your use after June 1
- During the transition, payments can be made by contacting your branch
Statements
- Printed statements will continue as usual
- Up to 24 months of eStatements will be available in Radiant’s eBanking system
- You may download older statements from First Coast before May 29
Fees & Account Benefits
- Several fees will be reduced or eliminated
- Prestige accounts will transition to Radiant Prime Time Club accounts with added benefits
What's Staying the Same
- Your accounts remain safe and federally insured by the NCUA up to $250,000
- You can continue visiting your local branches
- You now have access to additional Radiant ATMs with no withdrawal fees

General Transition
The transition takes place between May 23 and June 1, 2026, with full access to Radiant services beginning June 1.
Yes. You can continue using your debit or ATM card until June 1, and branches will be available to assist you during the transition period.
Yes. We recommend confirming your contact information, saving your bill pay details, and planning ahead for any payments needed during the transition period.
Debit Cards
New Radiant debit cards will arrive in late May.
Please wait until June 1, 2026, to activate and begin using your new Radiant card.
It will stop working on June 1, 2026.
Online & Mobile Banking
Online and mobile banking services will stop processing transactions after May 22, 2026. You can continue to view balances, transactions, and eStatements until May 29, 2026, at 5:00pm.
Beginning June 1, 2026, you can enroll and start using Radiant eBanking and the mobile app.
Yes, you will need to register as a new user in Radiant’s eBanking system.
Bill Pay
Unfortunately, no. You will need to re-enter your payees and payment details in Radiant eBanking after June 1.
Save or download your current payee and payment information to make setup easier later.
Payments & Transfers
Payments scheduled through Mobile/Online banking, FirstPay Bill Pay or the Online Loan Payment portal for May 23 or later will not be processed.
All other automatic payments and deposits will continue to process as normal. Call or visit your nearby branch for payment assistance.
You can contact your local branch for assistance with payments between May 23 and June 1.
Statements
Yes. Printed statements will continue as usual.
Yes. Up to 24 months of eStatements will be available in Radiant eBanking.
Fees & Accounts
Yes. Several fees will be reduced or eliminated. Full details will be provided in your upcoming disclosure packet.
It will convert to a Radiant Prime Time Club Account with additional benefits.
Insurance & Security
Yes. Your deposits remain insured by the NCUA up to $250,000 per ownership category.
