First@HOME Security: Top Priority

We make sure your First@HOME experience is as secure as possible. That’s why FCCCU has introduced enhanced security features for the First@HOME log-in process. These features may prompt you to answer a few questions we can use later to verify that the person trying to access your account information is YOU. It’s one more way we’re working to protect your financial information
Security enhancements continue to be a top priority for FCCCU. After you log in to First@HOME using your usual account number and password, you will be greeted with a new security page. This page will prompt you to select and provide answers to at least four security questions. The information you enter will be stored in First@HOME for future use in helping to confirm your identity.
The information collected will be used at a later date for second identification during the First@HOME log on process.
At times we may prompt for this information as an additional layer of security if your First@HOME session meets a pre-defined set of criteria.
You must answer at least 4 of the questions displayed.
Only one set of answers is needed for each account. Members who have answered security questions must also provide the information to all of the authorized First@HOME users on the account.
Yes, you will be required to provide a security answer for each of your FCCCU accounts.
You will be able to skip the page for up to 10 days after the first time it is displayed. After that, it will be required to log on to First@HOME.
In the event that you are prompted to answer your security questions and you do not remember your answers, you may re-enroll in First@HOME using the “New user or forgot your password” link on the log on page or you can contact us at (386) 328-5555 during normal business hours.
