The 2026 Annual Meeting Will Be Virtual
We are excited to have you join us for the Radiant Credit Union Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM (EST). Attendance at this meeting will be ONLINE only and limited to current members (as of 2:00pm EST on 2/18/26).
To access the meeting, First Coast members will need to put “2026” followed by their account number in the account number field.
For example, if your account number is 995959, then you would enter 2026995959 in the account number field.
NOTE: The meeting link will be activated 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time.
New Business
New Business is defined and limited to new matters presented by a Member in writing in the form of a resolution delivered to the Board Secretary prior to the date of the Annual Meeting of the Members and approved by the Board of Directors.
Please email any New Business resolutions for the annual meeting with the subject “ATTN: Board Secretary” between Monday, February 9, and Friday, February 13, 2026
Questions for the Meeting
Comments or questions for the annual meeting must be submitted prior to the meeting and may be addressed by speakers during the meeting’s question and answer session. However, there is no guarantee these submissions will be presented or receive a reply.
