First@HOME Security: Top Priority
If you use First@HOME, FCCCU’s online connection to your account information, then you know how convenient it is. What you may not know is how hard we work to make sure your First@HOME experience is as secure as possible. That’s why, over the next few months, FCCCU will introduce enhanced security features for the First@HOME log-in process. These features may prompt you to answer a few questions we can use later to verify that the person trying to access your account information is YOU. It’s just one more way we’re working to protect your financial information
